"Extremamente organizados, logo após a reserva já recebi todas as orientações necessárias, tudo esclarecido via Waths, não tive nenhuma dúvida, meu cachorrinho foi bem recebido tb, o local é bem limpo e aconchegante, tudo foi bem pensado para nos receber, ambiente tranquilo em meio a uma linda natureza, foi muito bom para recarregar as energias, um abraço aos anfitriões e também ao Sr. Antônio."

Needs better service

"The hotel was a beautful place to stay But the rudness of the older gentleman was to much telling us where to park our car or or always watching what you do makes you uncomfortable. The wooden fire should be more clear as you use the wood for the fire only to find out your being charged which is no where to be found on paper or online. So felt a little like a scheme for money at the end which ruined the trip a little. We stayed when the weather dropped so we had to use the fire and asking for extra wood we were yelled at that it was to late etc and the weather was 2 degrees. If you walked around the property you were followed by the older man only for him to yell. The breakfast was horrible! Eggs were just yellow water. For us we wouldnt stay at this property again! Just because of the extra charges and the older man. "

"A pousada foi muito além das nossas expectativas. Desde a nossa chegada até a saída fomos muito bem atendidos pela Paloma que é muito simpática e prestativa. Nossa primeira vez em Monte Verde e a escolha da pousada Recanto das Acácias fez valer a pena. Além de ser um lugar lindo é muito bem arrumado e limpinho. Estão de parabéns. Muito obrigado por terem contribuído para que nossa viagem de 14 anos de casados fosse incrível! "
