Considering that it's part of Wyndham, this property is not kept up well. Starting with the entrance, there were faded fake/plastic flowers and the entry way rug looks worn and dirty. The carpeted areas/hallways and elevators were also dirty and unkept. Going into the room, the carpet was once again stained and worn. It's probably time to change the carpets. We got 2 jey cards, however, 1 wasn't working. My husband went to the frontdesk to get it reprogrammed. The lady gave him 2 more cards and again, 1 didn't work again. He also went to get more towels and 1 more tpilet roll. There are 2 of us but the room only had 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and no wash cloth. There was also 1/2 a toilet roll left. When my husband went downstairs, they said they had some clean towels but no hand towels. I don't think they had enough staff to support the 4th of July weekend. The trash cans by the elevators were dirty as well. The breakfast was ok and the lady was very kind and friendly. She seems like a dedicated worker.
