Hotel was clean and comfortable. If you're just looking for less expensive place to stay this is a good option. No bells or whistles. But it was clean and the beds were comfortable. Good location. Not too far from the beach.

Location was literally around the corner from White Cap Beach. For the money it was not a bad price. Could use a few updates especially if in the bathrooms. Overall not a bad place for 1 night . Loved that it was quite & I could have my dog.

I saw several bad reviews on this place that were not fair. If you are looking for a top rate new hotel and are willing to pay for it, then this is not for you. It is a typical older motel with plenty of character. Price is right. Four restaurants that you can walk to. Check in and out was friendly.

This property was fairly rundown and dated, and needs a good deep clean. I do not feel like it was worth the price that I paid. The office staff were professional and kind.

Pleasant and clean

My teens and I went down for Sandfest weekend and stayed at the hotel. It’s not a five star and I was not expecting luxury. It was very clean. Enough space for my teenagers and I and the owner was extremely nice. I had even left my Apple Watch on the bed and he immediately went to look and mailed it back to me the next day. I absolutely recommend if you want an inexpensive and clean room.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. The King room was very spacious. The location is one of the best parts of this hotel. We will stay here for future trips to the beach!

This place had the “back-n-day” look and feel of a beach stay. Was a little hesitant at the first look of appearance but then got a blast from the past and this place was awesome. Quiet and comfortable! Definitely would stay again!
