Once Belize customs was dealt with, the property is a huge value. There was a small Odor in the room and the staff in the restaurant needs a lot of training but the room itself is above par for Belize properties.

I did not like this hotel at all. Service was below average. The room was garbage and the area it was in was worse. I woyld not recomend to anyone.

Not a good experience. The rooms were very outdated and not spacious. Very loud as you could hear all the noise from the casino. The ac was also very noisy. The beds were old and not comfortable.

Es un hotel modesto, sin elevador para subir a las habitaciones… La habitación que me asignaron al principio muy ruidosa, ya que está junto al baño de caballeros. Pedí el cambio de habitación y me la dieron sin ningún problema… Considero que es un hotel 3 estrellas
