"Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The electric blanket in our room did not work, which was particularly frustrating given the cold weather. The hot water in the shower ran out very quickly, leaving several family members having to shower in cold water. The bathroom exhaust fan was also ineffective, causing the room to become excessively steamy and wet. As a result, our personal belongings, including our hair dryer, became damp from the moisture. Another major issue was that all accommodation rooms were located upstairs. At no point prior to our arrival were we advised that we would need to carry all of our luggage and belongings up the stairs. This information would have been important to know beforehand, particularly for families and guests with mobility concerns. Overall, the accommodation did not meet our expectations, and we were disappointed by the lack of comfort, maintenance issues, and poor communication regarding accessibility."
