"The rooms were very spacious and clean and the beds were vety comfortable. Everybody was so kind and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. My only regret was not being able to stay another night as we were traveling to Assisi the next day. The locat to Lucca was also perfect and tge drive into the walled city was less than two minutes. I can't say enough great things about our hostess and her mom. They we absolutely sweet and wonderful people. The next time, I will use La Chiuso Delle Monache...

"We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff is so welcoming from the moment you arrive. They make sure you are having g a good time and help you out with activities and food in the area. "We had a great stay, was a little hesitant on arrival as we were driving away from the beach (as expected) and through what would be considered more industrial surroundings. Once past we arrived at the blissful Montepepe. A very peaceful boutique wine farm. Not sure how many can stay at hotel but at any given time there were about 4 or 5 tables at breakfast.
