As a rewards member, I expected much better treatment and customer service, but instead I dealt with terrible customer service and a complete lack of accountability. Do not trust these people with your card information. They will overcharge you and not properly reimburse you when issues happen. "Pool was closed even though it was a week after the posted opening date and over 80 outside. The breakfast was out of butter, bagels and had molded bread. Attendant was annoyed and rude when asked about items. The room was cleanish but old, stained carpet, broken mirror, unwiped services. There is tape over main entry doors. I assume the property is pet friendly, as it smells that way and several "piles" in/near the parking lot. Reminder to never let your office book your travel"
