The location is prime. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Luciano from the front desk even helped us coordinate a day trip in his free day. Rooms need to be refurbish, but overall it was a great stay!

Great value - good stay

Excellent location and amazing customer service. The terrace pool and gym is a nice addition. The room was huge with a panoramic view of the city. Water pressure was OK and comfort was good - though the furniture and room were both outdated. In need of some TLC. Also, the breakfast was lackluster.

The property was fine but the rooms were quite disappointing. It looks like NH just took over, put in some new mattresses and started selling rooms. Don’t know if it was just the set of rooms we were in for rate but the challenges seen: Extra lock on door did not work, mold behind bathroom door, walls in bathroom (specifically) and bedroom area have not been cleaned in a very long time (don’t look beyond your immediate view), initial towels not fully white, bedroom floors were in terrible shape… could see major divets and drag marked of beds / other furniture.. All unit doors needed a slam, water from toilets around floors not quite, .. Front desk staff courteous. Once asleep it was fine. Would not return or recommend brand or specific hotel. Work in hotel industry and surprisingly was disappointed with even basic expectations.
