I came in with low expectations given this is a 1 star property and was still disappointed. My ground floor unit was near the front door which constantly slammed when people came in and out (I wear ear plugs at night and could still hear it).
Even worse, the cleaning staff picked up an item off the floor and placed it right on top of my dental retainer on the countertop… this is disgusting and absolutely unacceptable. Consider if you would be okay with something like this if you want to stay here.
The toilet in my room was broken and wouldn’t stop filling after flushing, causing a lot of noise and wasting a ton of water.
The outside area we were supposed to have access to was closed during my visit, and I was hoping to sit there.
Overall, lots of reasons I will not stay here again and would not recommend others stay here.
