"I loved this hotel plus the lady that checked me on was a delight she made sure everything was in order. Our first room wasn't up to par, but she made everything so much better, I loved how she took charge and made everything right. She needs a raise or some kind of prize or award for her hospitality because it was excellent. I did not get her name but she was GREAT!!!"

"Clean rooms. Would be great if you had a long stay with the kitchenette and large fridge. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit. Libby did have a sewer odor though. "

"All rooms with kitchenettes, the rooms are very nice. They provide handicapped bars restrooms if needed. Love the employees, they are very nice and welcoming. They also provide a wonderful breakfast."

"Upon checking in, I was given keys to a room on the 4th floor. I was carrying 4 bags on my shoulders, go to first room, it was already occupied with luggage everywhere. Go back down to front desk, get new room keys all the way on 4th floor again, go up and new room keys do not work. Go back down and finally get working keys. Get into room and go to take a shower and there is ONE single towel in the whole room. Also was not a cup to get a drink of water from the tap. Next morning, go to ask front...
