"The room was great. The bathroom huge, the living room the size of an oversized apartment. The best part was the balcony. We had a waterfront auite, and the balcony was incredible. A full, waparound porch style balcony that added immensely to our stay."

"When I got into my first room and layed in bed there was some kind of bugs in the bed. When I went to the front desk to get a new room the girl said " you can't just keep moving rooms " That was the first time I had to move. really strange. Then the housekeeping girl came in and was giving up some strange vibe,, kind felt like she might of put them in the room . Beware of this place."

"Beautiful property and nice spacious rooms. Stayed in a 2 bedroom and the space was great, but would have preferred the layout to be flipped to have the King in the main room and the 2 queens in the extra bedroom up front so the kids had their own space. Balcony was large and furniture was nice. Housekeeping and front desk staff were fantastic. Pools were nice. Water stations were a nice touch. "Room was not ready until 5 pm. Was "upgraded" from a king water view to villa with 2 queen beds. Same price to book either so not really an upgrade. Villa was nice but is a good ways away from the main resort so we had to either walk or call for pick up from golf cart. Cart drivers were excellent. On site dining was good.
