"We arrived at the hotel expecting a relaxing stay, but within minutes everything turned into a nightmare. After checking in and going up to our room, we discovered that my wife had come down with chickenpox. We were honestly shocked and immediately concerned—not just for ourselves, but for the hotel staff and other guests. Trying to do the responsible thing, I rushed downstairs and explained the situation calmly to the manager. I asked if we could check out right away and get a refund, since...

"The toilet didn't have a hook, apart from one holding a handtowel. Further, the kitchen was not fully equipped for cooking. No microwave , nor washing liquid or tea-towel or paper-roll. It was a bit chilly, but there was no central heating either. Not very happy with the hotel. I don't think I'd recommend it to anybody. "

"Never again! Dirty sheets, uncomfortable beds, electricity disconnected twice in one night where we don’t have heat. I tried to get out of my booking on the second night but they refused. Not recommended at all. Avoid if you can at all cos! "
