"We came to the resort as a family to enjoy a staycation. We enjoyed the majority of the stay with the exception of the following. First, our room was not ready for almost an hour after the promised time and no concession was offered. It would have been nice to have received some drink vouchers or something. The pool area was rather unclean the entire time we were there including early morning when we first arrived to our chairs. We had to clean up the area by our chairs before sitting down. ...

"Beautiful now that it's been renovated. The restaurant was was extremely slow in getting us food, but the restaurant but the food was great! It was over an hour, at 10pm so the restaurant had very few tables. In addition, I sat in the parking garage for 15 min stuck at the gate code because the service call never got answered. "

"Did not like that they entered my room to address the mini refrigerate not working properly while I was not in there. Especially when I asked them that I do not want anyone in my room while I’m not inside. And I also had the do not disturb tag hanging outside my door.
