"It was a beautiful place. We had a great experience there."

"The worst “hotel” imaginable. Staff have no idea what they’re doing. No wifi (i mean who needs wifi). I was told to be ready at 6 am sharp for transport to the city. It never came. The hotel reception said that in Peru when we say 6 am we really mean 7 am. Unbelievable. I only woke up at 5 am and was there 15 minutes early. I had to hitch a ride with another couple’s driver (pure luck) to get to the city, My driver is still probably on his way. The worst part is in my haste I left behind my hat....

"Le spa ne fonctionnait pas, il n’y avait que 2 choix au menu dans le restaurant. Le petit-déjeuner n’était pas copieux et était le même les 3 jours que nous avons été là. Heureusement, le personnel était très sympathique."

"La vue sur la montagne est magnifique et les chambres très propres et lits confortables. Les nuits sont froides mais on nous a offert une chauferette portative très utile. Si il y avait un tapis au plancher ce serait encore mieux. Le stationnement est sécuritaire et le village très calme. J’avais réservé une nuit et je suis resté e plus d’une semaine. Le canyon du Colca regorge de site à visiter (gratuit en plus) et le soleil est toujours au rendez-vous"
