"Always spotless, well maintained and nicely appointed. A beautiful property and our Go To when in the area. The only negative, and it is a small one, is every visit we have had the front desk staff is aloof and seemingly above the normal friendly and welcoming attitude one would expect. Their approach is even more obvious when compared to the rest of the staff on property."

"Ripken Baseball fields are next door, so if you're looking for a romantic getaway, call first and ask if there are any events going on at that complex. The hotel was amazing, but absolutely packed with pre-teen/teen kids who made the adult vibe of the rooftop bar & restaurant feel more like a Frankies' Fun Park. "My husband and I celebrated our anniversary and had an amazing time. Absolutely loved the view from our room. Nice pool and hot tub. The view of the giant Ferris wheel at night was our highlight of our trip. Highly recommend"

"Staff was not friendly. Rooms were not updated. Breakfast has limited offerings. People smoke right outside your door which makes you smell like smoke. The riverside was full of duck and geese poop so you couldn’t barely walk without stepping in it."
