"We had a wonderful experience at The Mortimer’s Arms. If you are visiting Paultons Park/Peppa Pig World, the location is unbeatable (within walking distance). The hotel is exceptionally dog-friendly. They provided a water bowl, treats, and a toy for our dog, which was such a lovely gesture. "The Old Mill is in a very old building with steep and narrow stairs which makes it hard to carry luggage. The hotel sits above a pub which can be noisy. However, the pub closes at 10:30 pm. We enjoyed our stay. The food in the pub was excellent. We also enjoyed the walk from the pub to downtown Salisbury on a country/city path. The staff was very accommodating and friendly."

"The staff were friendly and very welcoming. The room was really clean and well equipped. Breakfast was busy and some items were in short supply...but this was due to a late delivery. The staff were very apologetic about this. Gluten free bread was provided for us...all done with a smile! The hotel was easy to find and within easy reach of Southampton port...we definitely stay here again."
