The room was brand new and clean. Beautiful views from the balcony. The motel is bein renovated and landscaped so at the l moment is a bit of a building site. But once finished this will be a great place to stay. We enjoyed it anyway

It's a good motel to stay at for exploring Cooma and its surrounding areas. It's in a good spot just off the main road enough to not hear any traffic and the view from the lower rooms is great.
