"The elevator of this 3 story property was out of order. The complimentary breakfast was mediocre. And coffee was not available after breakfast hours. There was an undisclosed parking fee of $10 per day that showed up on our bill. We were never told us of the parking nor were we ever asked if we even had a car. "

Their only support is via text message and they repeatedly told me the same code and to enter it. I tried fir over an hour to make it work and it didn't. I had to then drive to find another hotel at midnight. The next day they told me that they had missed a number in the digital code. Expedia were excellent in organising the refund but it was a horrific...

"We loved the location! Literally just steps to Old Town. The property is undergoing a wonderful renovation. The pool bar wasn't open when we stayed (Sun & Monday) but that didn't keep us from enjoying the very nice pool."
