Second room given was without any form of heating on a cold January with bedding consisting of sheet and blanket. Totally unacceptable so had to find alternative accommodation at another hotel. "I can’t comment on the hotel as I didn’t end up staying there due to booking the wrong place incidentally. What I can comment on is the staff that was willingly happy to help correct the issue with Expedia.
