"Stayed 3 nights at the Riverside Hotel in Sligo. June 2025. We really enjoyed our stay. We asked for a room with a view. Got it. We took several day trips, and returned every night to the bar at the Riverside. Great service from some very friendly kids. Great food! Kudos to the chef! Breakfast buffet also was very good. "Room was large and clean. Location was a little outside of center city, but the bus stop was right there and the cabs were not badly priced. Construction was going on which caused a little noise in the morning but overall I thought it was a nice place and a good price. "

"What a little gem this hotel is. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were so happy to be in the heart of the Latin quarter. It was noisy as hell, but they gave us ear plugs so we slept very well! "

"GREAT location. Right on the Octagon. Easy to walk to bars, shopping, restaurants, etc. Easy check-in. Decent breakfast included. Parking is tight in the entire town. Just good to know that in advance. The hotel staff were very helpful with parking options and explanations. Would recommend! "
