"I am hesitant to give Bentley's Inn an amazing review. It is a little gem that was simply amazing and if this secret gets out, they may be fully booked next time I want to stay there. Parking was great. Great boutique hotel. They had a cover band downstairs in the bar and we could barely hear them. They way they repurposed this building into a boutique hotel was amazing."

"About the hotel itself, I have nothing but good things to say. Despite there being no front/receptionist desk (you have to contact their sister Hotel The Windsor Hotel) and no actual keys (both the hotel door and the room doors use numerical button plates with a code to or each provided when you check in), the rooms are quite comfortable and large enough to move around in; my own room could have accommodated two (a four-poster bed and a sofa bed). "Property is charming, well located, peaceful and quiet. Room is clean but needed few " fixes": hook behind bathroom door was broken, only 2 hangers. There was a controller for either TV or fan, we were not told, but it did work. I don't believe there is AC. We did call Tim his voicemail was full and he did not answer the text message. There is a coffee machine , but we found no snacks. The inn is within walking distance of many nice cafés"

"No fuss budget option that is in need of a little TLC in areas for sure, but was quite comfortable, quiet at night and close to food options and shopping, while only a quick drive to downtown proper. Definitely was worth it for the price and would stay again."

"The location was excellent 10/10 The room could have been cleaner. The floor to the left side of one of the beds was sticky (maybe pop) . We also found a bottle of lotion in one of th beds.(Also dirt which seemed like it came from shoes).Which made us believe that the bed sheets weren't changed. We discovered it at 11pm and when we went down to talk to the front desk no one was there. Luckily my sister found the linen closet (so we grabbed our own sheets and made the bed) not cool over all...

"what sank the experience was the kitchenette - dark with peeling laminate. after seeing that I didn't even want tto peel back the bedding. Just slept on top of the topping in my clothes. didn't see anything horrible or anything - just couldnt get over that kitchenette. bathroom wasn't great either."

"Blinds broke when I closed curtains. Curtains do not provide privacy from parking lot. Bedside lamp switch did not work. Toilet dripped constantly. Heater/AC sounds like 747 revving up. Bed comfortable enough. Free hot drinks and cookies. Adequate for single night stay, but overpriced for what you get. More like Hotel 8 in style. Outdated facility on its last legs. Staff friendly enough, but no one was around at checkout."
