"The location is fabulous, the apartment is fantastic and amenities great. The beds were not great, very uncomfortable. They advertise luggage storage and before we checked in they stored our luggage and then took it to our room when the room was ready, that was awesome, but when we asked for luggage storage on our check out we were told we would have to pay. Staff were very friendly and helpful."

"Great unique and quirky loft space. Very central right opposite Minster Cathedral. The bells rang for about an hour on the Sunday midmorning, but don't know if that is a regular thing. "This holiday home is the most perfect myself and partner have booked. The decor is absolutely amazing and a lot of thought had been put into it by the owners. It is impossible to pick any faults. The home was clean and high standard and quality of equipment and furnishings. Studying the ‘quirky’ decor was an enjoyable time spent. Simon and Lynne were so friendly without being intrusive. "Fantastic little apartment in a brilliant location. Apartment had everything you needed and more for a weekend away. We had apartment 5 right at the very top, so no noise. Theres 2 long stay car parks nearby at £6 for 24 hours.Only complaint would be the key code to get in. I really struggled with it, especially after a few drinks 😉"

"This was a great find with free parking outside the front door on a quiet residential street less than 10 minutes walk from the city walls. Lillian met us at check in and we couldn't fault the apartment. It was spotlessly clean, comfortably furnished and well equipped. There was a quality welcome pack in the fridge and the apartment was warm. The best recommendation I can give this property is we would love to stay again "

"Lovely welcome on arrival. Rooms were dark inside which was fine for us but could imagine it might be a problem for some. Vanity mirror with lights attached didnt work, and when reported (more to report that we didnt break it, rather than get it fixed) reception was uninterested. Brilliant shower - possibly the best ive used in a hotel. No coffee machine as described but there was a kettle. When we went to get a drink on the rooftop we were welcomed in but not told that last orders was imminent...

Convenient location, awful facilities
"Was disappointed to find that there was no available gym in the hotel, even though it is advertised as such. The sofa bed in the room was broken, as was the air-conditioning. Staff attempted to fix it but didn’t make a difference. When we visited, there was a pile of mattresses sitting in the lobby. Surely there’s a better way to manage this. We shared our complaints with staff at the hotel but they showed little interest so I hope management will take note "
