"The room was clean. Everything went smoothly, considering how many people were there for the concert. The room was fabulous and large, very clean and neat."

"Musty, cracked, broken , barely cleaned. On a very busy weekend in Lincoln, reservations were lost or sold out from under...my room got downgraded and nearly lost. The Fridge was defrosting & leaking across the room with no towels in room. Former smoking hotel without any upgrades to hide smell from decades of abuse. Mildewy shower head told me not to even trust it. Again no towels. A (small) roach greeted me on my morning trip to the toilet. Bedding was lumpy, almost damp feeling. Didn't turn on TV so no review of that. Cracked outlet covers, very old lamp shades that may have been there in the 60's, broken bedside lamp, no bulb in the reading lamp, broken table, 3 hangers left on the rack (several metal rings for the hangers still attached). Actual check in time was about ten minutes after waiting in line for 20. Website phone number is California based, paper hung on the office had a hand written 402 number which lead to a voicemail that wasn't "set up". Ownership needs to either burn it down & start over or heavily invest in some basics. Overall impression....Gross."

"The staff was very nice and helpful so that is pushing up my rating. The rooms are not geat. They are dated. Bathroom looks like its been remodeled so it was fine but the rooms look like they are from the 80s. They are clean though. This looks like a hotel for construction workers or people that rent by the week to live there. But the price reflects that so I think as long as yiu go in expecting to get what you paid for, you cant be upset. They do have a good restaurant on-site and front desk staff were helpful."

"We arrived in our room and both comforters on each had had random brown stains. Disgusting. When I went down to the office to ask about replacement comforters, the guy said they had no extras. Makes me wonder if they even clean comforters between stays if they don't have extras. Just gross. "

"Staff was excellent at check in. Room was clean, but the air didn’t seem to keep up in the room. The pillows in the bed were very small so could have used more. "
