Clean room with a sound machine and ear plugs, water bottles and a coffee/ tea maker. Bed was very very comfy and slept great. "Upon arriving to my room, there was a pair of dirty boxers and 3 pairs of socks sitting on the small table in front of the tv. I called down to guest services, they told me there was no rooms similar to mine available, but they would have housekeeping up immediately. After waiting for 2 hours, I put the dirty garments in the hallway and notified guest services. They were left sitting in the hallway 6+ hours. The rest of the room seemed clean."

"The room was extremely small compared to other SpringHill Suites we've been to. The extra sleeping area was not the usual sofa, it was a dirty fold out flimsy mattress. Breakfast serve team was excellent although the food choices were much limited compared to others. Room was dingy and just didn't feel up to standards. Needs a total refresh upgrade makeover. Parking was very confusing. We always stay at Springhill suites and this was a big let down. Thank you"

"This hotel is a mixed bag. The public areas look good and appear to have been updated and well maintained. The Starbucks opens early which was great. Our room was only okay, the bathroom was looking very tired, the bath didn't have a plug and the room shuddered every time you opened the door, not very solid. Parking was convenient but expensive though I understand with it being downtown Milwaukee. Apart from Starbucks we did not use any of the other dining/bar options, however, I was attending a...

"★★★★☆ 4/5 Stars | Great Stay, Would Definitely Return!
I really enjoyed my stay here and would absolutely book again!
The check-in process was smooth, quick, and straightforward. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and my room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. I had two beds and a nice shower. I personally would've preferred a soaking tub, but that wasn't a dealbreaker.
I do wish the rooms had microwaves, but there is one available downstairs in the lobby, which was...
