"The room was ready on time and was really clean. The first night we had an issue with the a/c and they moved our room immediately and with no questions. The second room was as clean or cleaner than the first - just spotless. The GM is wonderful and very friendly and polite. This is our third stay at this location and all have been great. The property is worn and slightly rough to look at, but the staff and extra clean rooms out weight the overall look."
