"Our room including kitchenette was quite small but functional. Works well for a couple on a short break. The bed was comfortable and clean linens provided. Hotel staff very welcoming. The hotel is situated on the university side of the walled town, well located but everywhere is a walk. Eg Palais du Papes is 20 mins walk. The train and bus stations are a bus ride away. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Avignon. The room overlooked the freight railway line so we kept the double glazed window shut."

Other than that, though, it’s a great hotel…& an added bonus is it’s right next to the Avignon city center train station (but we never heard a train once in the days we were there)."
