"The room was very nice, and the property is in a great part of town, although it can get noisy at night. We also have an electric car and were told valet would charge it for us, but unfortunately it was not charged when we checked out. We ended up having to stay longer in the area to charge the car before leaving."

There was a small hiccup during the trip but the staff took our concerns seriously and addressed the issue promptly. We dined at both roof top restaurants and both served delicious food. Only issue I feel I should point out, is that I paid a fortune for a facial, and I can honestly say it was the worst facial ever. My face felt no different and having had many other facials that leave your face feeling amazing for weeks, this did not. Product used felt like soap and water and left my face feeling like I had used that. "
