"We booked this place because of the nice photos advertised online, but it was disappointing. The room was very rundown and not well kept. Windows inside the room couldn’t lock which felt very unsafe. The room itself was not clean - bedsheets and towels were grey and stained, and we also saw bugs on the bed.
