"I used a towel to clean the very dirty table on the balcony. I left it showing dirt on towel but it was not replaced. Neither were the tea bags or the two small biscuits. Powered milk not fresh . Amenities very poor . No body lotion, shampoo mixed with body wash, not five star standard. Disappointing. ..."
