"The staff was incredibly helpful and responsive. We had an issue with our fridge, and they immediately sent someone out to fix and then replace the unit in our room. Such a wonderful stay."

The kitchen cabinet was precariously hanging on the wall, almost falling off! This looked quite dangerous and we were scared to reach in for any dishes. The sofa cushions were old and sank down, making it difficult to sit. The bed was so old and the mattress sank down so much that we were both very stiff when we got up! "The floor in the room was dirty and one of the bedside lights had been ripped off the wall and not replaced. Most of the people staying seemed to be long term. The grounds were dirty and the buildings in poor shape Not worth calling it a motel stay away and remove it from Expedia so so other poor soul doesn’t go there"

"Parking was fine. AC was loud and noisy so we turned it off so we could sleep. In the morning the dining room had so much heat going it was 93° in the room. They did not offer juice or fruit or yogurt with their breakfast. All in all the beds were comfortable but everything else left a big hole."

"Very disappointing experience. The elevator was not working properly, and the person who appeared to be the manager admitted it had been out of service for over a month. Only one elevator was functioning for a large number of guests, which caused long delays. The photos online do not match the actual condition of the property at all. "Take the rug up from the rooms, it was stained and just felt icky…. Otherwise room was ok. Pool area seemed dark and gloomy ..:. I didn’t even try it that’s how bad it was and I stayed there to have a pool so go figure 😫😫 I loved the restaurant and the bar oh and the complimentary cookies when u first walk in"

"We were very satisfied with our stay. The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The internet was spot on. The only issue I had was with the bathroom sink. The drainage was clogged, so the the water went down very slow. The faucet was placed too far back on the sink, which made it very awkward to wash your hands properly. Will definitely come back."
