"Stayed at many places in Nashville as I return monthly. Many have been bought out and prices raised dramatically. As a weekday traveler I found this to be the right price and great accommodations. Location perfect and near lots of nice bars restaurants and shops! Parking not bad at 15 for overnight."

"Clean inside but did smell a little like Clorox. Very nice updated place and comfortable bed. It could use adding another dish towel - only one was supplied - and maybe a dish cloth for washing dishes. Also the tap water was not the best, it would be a nice touch to add an RO system, a Brita, or at least a few water bottles for guests in case of emergency. Great location and parking. The weeds next to the house were pretty overgrown so maybe cleaning up the landscaping a bit would be good."

"A class of its own, miles above the standard hotel in all ways. The staff is exceptional, attentive, engaging, never coming across as just doing a job, but seemingly interacting proactively with guests. A whole new higher standard of service altogether. Rooms tastefully appointed with useful and functional equipment, with attention to detail."

"The hotel staff were amazing. The breakfast was plentiful and good. Our suite was super spacious and super glad we went with the kitchenette. It could use a few more mirrors in the seating area, aside from the bathroom and sleeping area. This helps when 4 people are trying to get ready at once. 10-15min Uber to anywhere really. Overall - we'd stay there again."

"Excellent location for attending events on lower Broadway. Close enough to be able to go to and from the hotel during the day but far enough away so as not to hear the noise and activity in the evening."

"DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Made us wait over 2 hours to check in. We were early but it wasn’t even ready at the 4 o’clock check in. Told us it would be ready soon when we got there. A/C wouldn’t keep the room cool. It was 75 in our room most of the time. I couldn’t even sleep. They had a nice pool area that would have been good to wait by but was never given any options. Since I couldn’t sleep I was watching TV in living room area and it went solid black. It didn’t have sound or picture. Ask the front...

"Fairfield saved the day! We were unable to check in at our original hotel (121 Hotel) due to not being sent access codes and no on site staff for checking in but Fairfield graciously took us in so we could get some sleep. Good little pizza place across the street was still open so we were also able to get some dinner."

"This hotel was just fine in many ways for example, it was nice to have a full kitchen and it’s very very spacious and beautifully decorated -/ but I was a little taken back with how off the beaten track it was in Nashville so don’t stay here if you want to be near Broadway or music cities heart. Again in the end it turned out to be fine, but just a little far away."
