Decisamente troppo sporco. L’hotel si trova in un posto sperduto e lontano dal paese. Stanza polverosa, bagno sporco (ragni ed insetti ovunque), lenzuola rotte ed asciugamani piu’ ruvidi delle carta vetrata.

Zuerst das positive: Die Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr geräumig. Und der Kaffee war lecker. Das war es leider auch schon. Das Hotel hat die beste Zeit schon längst hinter sich. Es sind überall Spinnweben: im Zimmer, im Bad und auf der Terrasse. Das Zimmer roch modrig. Auch war es sehr hellhörig, d.h. wenn einer im Nebenzimmer die Klospülung betätigte, stand man senkrecht im Bett. Das Frühstück bestand aus Weißbrot, eine Sorte Wurst, eine Sorte Käse, Honig, Jogurt und süsse Stückchen. So wenig Auswahlt hatten wir noch nie!

Hotel adatto per brevi soggiorni, zona tranquilla ma poco servita. Personale gentile, camera perlopiù pulita, il terrazzo un po' meno.

La mia esperienza presso di voi è positiva ! pulizia della camera ottima, colazione abbondante a buffet serviti a richiesta cappuccino,caffè americano ecc ecc questo per me comporta un buon servizio , ad ogni mia richiesta il personale presente si e adoperato per soddisfarla ,posizione per me ottima con vista nel bosco e lo scorrere del torrente ,si e trovato bene anche il mio cane , una nota dolente ricordatevi l'asciuga capelli perche non c'è

Süßes kleines Hotel

Wir hatten vor unserer Ankunft nicht mit viel gerechnet und wurden positiv überrascht. Netter Eigentümer und ein sauberes Zimmer haben uns erwartet. Nur das Licht hat etwas geflackert. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend. Abends haben wir in der sehr guten Pizzeria im kleinen Ort gegessen. Beim Hotel steht zwar etwas von Ristorante, davon war aber eher nix zu sehen. Alles zusammengenommen kann man hier gut übernachten.

Pensione solo per dormire

Io, mio marito e mia figlia abbiamo alloggiato in agosto solo per 4 giorni. Lo Chalet si trova in un posto un pò isolato e nelle vicinanze c'è un solo ristorante. Appena arrivati troviamo un ragazzo molto gentile che ci accompagna in camera e al quale chiedo, vista l'ora di cena, cosa propongono nel loro ristorante dato che le recensioni dicevano che era sia ristorante che pizzeria....Lui mi risponde che il cuoco se ne è andato e poi dice che comunque è ancora presto per chiamarne uno....Perchè?... visto che siamo già quasi a fine agosto????? Abbiamo optato per l'unico ristorante lì vicino e per fortuna si mangia benissimo!! Camera carina e pulita il bagno vecchio e lascia a desiderare anche come pulizia. Alla mattina scendiamo per fare colazione e troviamo l'aiutante che fa colazione in un tavolo vicino a noi e il tavolo del cibo quasi completamente vuoto...Chiedo se hanno un pò di Nutella per la mia bimba ma la signora risponde che non ne hanno....solo brioche e prosciutto e formaggio!! NON ho parole!!! Il ragazzo che prepara caffè, cappuccini e quant'altro è lo stesso che ci ha accolto alla reception la sera prima.....praticamente fa tutto lui!! Dalle recensioni ci aspettavamo di più da questo chalet....delusa da booking che non controlla a fondo gli hotel che propone

Hotel was ok, room was also ok but it wasn't clean, the floor in the bathroom was dirty, bed sheets weren't changed, only pillow sheets,... Breakfast was ok. I think there are two persons employed in this hotel, one guy and one woman. This guy was ok, polite and friendly, but I can't say the same thing for this woman,...sorry

L'hotel è carino in una buona posizione, il prezzo buono per la zona e il periodo in cui siamo stati, le camere grandi e spaziose,con un bel terrazzo, ma purtroppo mal tenuto, sporco, abbiamo ucciso un ragno in camera di cui non volevamo la compagnia, e il personale non ha rimosso la.ragnatela, il muro in camera scrostatato, il.lavandino in bagno perdeva acqua e il.bidet non era ben fissato al pavimento, peccato perché l'hotel sarebbe veramente carino.

Hotel halfway between Italy and Slovenia, the room is clean and large with balcony and mountain view. The receptionist is ready to help with anything Breakfast lacks milk, eggs and you can say not enough at all It was all over the day before. The cost of accommodation is cheap

Davvero un peccato

Albergo con camere ampie e confortevoli, letti comodi, posizione strategica, la struttura avrebbe bisogno di manutenzione e di cura, purtruppo il personale è poco e fa quel che può ma ci sono delle pecche piuttosto importanti: colazione dalle 8.00 ( negli hotel di montagna la colazione di solito è a partire dalle 7-7:30), doccia senza piatto e box, accoglienza deludente, ristorante deserto (non invita certo a fermarsi) .... insomma si ha proprio la sensazione che la struttura sia abbandonata a sé stessa e a nessuno importi molto di prendersene cura a partire dal proprietario, assente. Un vero peccato!!!
