"This is a great place to stay, right in the heart of Paris. My wife and I just returned from a week long stay at Rayz Eiffel and loved the hotel's charm and thoughtful amenities. Everyone at Rayz was helpful and friendly, and the views from the rooftop patio can't be beat! Our balcony room offered city views and fresh air, and the room was welcoming to come home to after a long day of walking around the city. We'd stay at Rayz Eiffel next time we're in Paris, highly recommend to others looking to book a hotel in the 7th!"

"Rooms are TINY, esp bathroom. Felt like a cruise room. Lots of little cafes nearby. Lobby has lots of fun activities and games. Staff was friendly! "

"Hôtel is situated 1 minute from the nearest metro station and plenty of shops and places to eat all within seconds walk. Hotel is lovely and decor is what you’d expect of a Paris hotel. Our room had an Eiffel Tower view that made it all the better. The room upgrade for this is absolutely worth it. Breakfast is continental and everything you’d expect and plenty of it. Staff were all amazingly polite, helpful and professional at all times. I would 100% book this hotel again for future trips to Paris. "

"The property is ideally located. Which is what you pay for, breakfast is small but it is nice. The staff were really helpful in terms of taxis, shops, leaving our bags after we checked out. The AC did not work, and the room was hot, not ideal when trying to sleep. "

"The room is poor and lacking basic facilities e.g. No English breakfast tea, milk, the room temperature was warm and I couldn’t regulate it to cool enough to match the weather outside, the small refrigerator was not functioning, the tv channels are mainly in French which is great but the Netflix should be available for use in English language. Overall despite the location and ambience of the hotel, it lacked the features that would make it a 4 -star hotel. I’m quite disappointed with the overall standard. "
