The hotel was nice but the bed in room 219 is like sleeping on a picnic table. I went to the couch at 3 am. Small couch and I’m a big guy.

This is an older facility, but the room was clean and the staff was helpful. The AC worked fine, though as is common for most hotel rooms, the fan generates a fair amount of noise, which I prefer, but my wife thought it was noisy. In any case it cooled well. The bed was very comfortable.

Love Zaza and this visit did not disappoint. They had good foam pillows and allergy free bedding which can be hard to find at hotels. The water pressure was fabulous and the bed was very comfortable. The service was great too. Will definitely return.

I thought it was great so I'll give a 5. Booking, check-in instructions, communication was easy and responsive. Room was clean and comfortable. Location is really cool. On-site staff was engaging, friendly and helpful. Next time I'm in Austin I'll book there again.
