"The house was super cute in the pictures but upon arrival it was very dirty on the exterior. There were holes patched in the ceiling with license plates a hole in the dinning room wall and the toliet seat in the master bath would not stay on the toliet. The master bed was a bunkie type mattress and you could feel the bars of the bed frame since there was no box springs. The pictures online depicted that the river bank was right under the porch and instead it was down the hill a good ways and...
