"Our stay here was an A++ experience. The checkin was a friendly smile and informative lady informing us of all the details the hotel had to offer with the times of availability. The room was clean and very comfortable. The pool was a nice and fun atmosphere with the hot tub, indoor outdoor pools, the lounge chairs for sunbathing and plenty of clean towels. "Our stay with the Hyatt was very pleasant. We had no issues concerning the overall stay. The only problem I had was the ideal of different staff members would charge different prices for merchandise. Some gave them away, some charged 3 for a $1 and then another guy charged the kids $6 for six blow pops and he wasn’t nice at all"
