"The hotel was excellent. The room was very comfortable, clean and we really liked the shower. The parking was in a garage and was only $23 a night. The location was great also. Would definitely stay there again if I were in Columbus"

"I am first time guest of a Hyatt hotel. From check-in, to the bar, to check, to help to my car…it was an amazing experience! I needed a room near an elevator for mom and that is what we got. Very spacious room, welcoming lobby and all interactions with staff were enjoyable. I will be back! "

"A nice place to stop after a long day of traveling. The pool is heated and is a salt water pool. The fitness center looks very nice and clean and has a water station to refill all of our water bottles. Would definitely stay again."

"This place was soooo clean!! All staff were friendly and accommodating! The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was great, and the pool was always clean!! Oh and the whole place smelled like spiced apples!! It was a perfect stay!"
