Came for overnight stay. Room had slight smoke smell even though it is a non smoking facility. Ice machines out of order. Facility shows age, needs complete renovation. Room was adequate and clean for my grandson and I. Breakfast was basic no frills. Decent value for the cost.

The room wasn’t bad for the price. The bed was comfortable. However, there was trash sitting on the ground by the elevator, other trash over flowing, ect. The ice bucket was really greasy and could tell someone used it as a chip bowl.

A lot of rusty items, like the lamp base. The bathroom floor was a little dirty. There were bottle caps behind the desk and bed. There were a pair of pants in the drawer, so obviously the housekeeping staff doesn’t check this. The breakfast was basically out of food 1/2 hour before breakfast ended. On the 2nd day, I got up extra early to get some breakfast and the gallon of milk (for cereal) was completely frozen and expired (by one day). For the cheap price and excellent location off the highway, I’ll give them one more chance.

I booked on this site (expidea) it was listed as "pet friendly" and "free breakfast" When I got there I went to get the key to our room and I was hassled with "this is no longer pet friendly" I stated he IS a service dog (I have a fainting disorder) He is ADA certified. I was told that they would not accept me and after a long discussion she "called her boss" and he said the would only accept me is I have them $200 is cash and IF the room was fine they would give it back. Fine whatever. I asked for a pillow, a blankets and sheets for the pull out and had to wait 45 minutes for them to be brought to me. They did not bring a pillow or blanket just a fitted sheet and a flat sheet. The room was dirty and the tv did not turn off or down I had to unplug it to get to sleep. The bed didn't have a skirt on instead it was wrapped in plastic. It was a king room with a pull out and I was given 2 towels one wash cloth and no mat for the floor. The "free breakfast" had a make a waffle station with waffle mix and syrup and 2 bagels and nothing a few pieces of days old fruit. That was it. (And we were there at 8:30am) finally at check out I waited at the desk for 35 minutes and no one came to the desk. I called the number online for the hotel and he said "I'll be down in the next 45 minutes I'm with a customer" 20 minutes later he came down and as rude. Then I had to wait another 15 minutes for our room to be "inspected" before reviving my 200$ back. Honestly it was a whole mess.
