They cancelled my booking that morning because others were staying extra days, despite having booked 2 weeks in advance. Had to rush to book another hotel for my trip that day and still trying to figure out how to get my money back.

Part of a vacation trip after seeing family. Staying there was nice .very comfortable. Noted there breakfast very poorly done. Food cold potatos not cooked all the way.

Absolutely Horrid Everything

Tried to check in. Manager or front desk person who I assume was the property manager was outside smoking when we came. Chatted with us and asked if we were checking in and we said yes. He said well if you aren't one of the 3 reservation names he had printed then there were no rooms available. Went inside and he asked if we were any of the 3 and we weren't. While we were asking him questions another worker came up and said that a room with a guest in it got a room with a toilet that didn't flush and the tub was half full of water. She was asking for another room to put them in and he said they didn't have any rooms available. She asked for him to see about fixing the problem while he was sitting unconcerned in the chair saying there was nothing he could do that he doesn't have a plunger or anything. Granted we are still trying to figure out what we are suppose to do at this point when the other worker came up. He never apologized, he never offered any solution other than we had to contact our booking agent to request a refund. Never had any care that we had to now drive 3 1/2 hrs home at now 1am.Was really unproffessional. While we were there trying to get resolution 5 other people came to check in and left very upset and visibly angry.

They lost my reservation. Expedia had it in their system. Don't use this hotel. And I'm not the only traveler tonight that this happens too. Unacceptable!

Absolutely disgusting experience. We were in town for work and booked two rooms for two nights at this Quality Inn. When we arrived late at night, exhausted from travel, the front desk told us there were no rooms available, even though we had confirmed reservations. After some time, they gave us different rooms and charged us even more money—for their own mistake. The lobby reeked of mildew and marijuana, and when we got to our rooms, they were already occupied—with people inside and dirty towels on the floor. We were reassigned again and the next rooms were filthy: Chicken bones on the carpet Mold on the walls Broken light fixtures Hair in the bed and on pillows Mouse droppings Peeling carpet Disgusting, stained common areas It was so bad I had to run to Walmart at 10:30 p.m. just before closing to buy clothes and shampoo—because I didn’t even want to touch the bed with anything I planned to keep. We didn’t sleep at all due to loud neighbors, and in the morning I told the front desk we were leaving early and asked for a refund for the second night. They refused. A man promised someone named “Zeke” would call me about a refund. No one ever called. I’ve stayed at Quality Inn in Medina, OH multiple times without any issues, but this location was a complete disaster. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

the girl at check in was on a personal call and barely spoke to me. the lamp in the bathroom had no shade and was just a vare bulb. there was plastic around the bed frame.

Hotel double booked on us and 4 others attempting to check in while we were so we never stayed. Attendant on duty wouldn't answer phone for hotel.com to call to confirm the was double booked. However hotels.com went above and beyond to get us a better hotel elsewhere.

Dirty, shabby, sad breakfast, no soap. But the worst is they charged me for an extra night that I did not use. I have reached out to Expedia, called the hotel myself and calling corporate and they never answer the phone. I wrote a much longer review but space is limited here. I would not stay here. At least I didn't bring back bed bugs.

This was an awful experience. Was on vacation, had already paid for the room a few days before show up to check in, they have no rooms. The worst part was the attendant at the desk was a rude, hateful a****** and lacked any kind of communication skills necessary to work in the service industry. What's even worse is their website still said rooms were available so I'm sure more people had to deal with this nonsense that evening. Negative 10 stars. Would rather sleep in my car than stay here.
