Front desk was super nice. Rooms looked clean. People cleaning around the parking lot all the time. Had two rooms one on the first floor on on the second. There was a roach crawling down the wall in the room on the first floor when we walked in.

Clean hotel for short holiday trip. Fairly inexpensive, near to food and other retail establishments.

Room was clean, however. Reserved 5 adults- room only had two double beds. Had to purchase a blow-up mattress and one slept on the floor. Light sockets with no bulbs (Shock Hazard) Unsecured side door with a bunch of hotel guests setting outside drinking and smoking till very late. No water in pool, just leaves. Chair in room broke (unusable) Unacceptable experience.

Positives - bed seemed clean and was fairly comfortable, quick checkin, responsive temperature control. Negatives - bathroom in poor condition (electrical tape held shower nozzle together, rampant grime and mold, floor not swept), sparse breakfast. Stayed for a game weekend with inflated price as is typical for area.

Front desk staff was helpful. Cleanliness of the room is not good. Beds looked good and nicely made but floors, walls, and bathroom were not good. No coffee amenities in the room, and only available at breakfast. Doors slamming and noise all night long. Didn’t get much sleep. Need more attention to cleanliness…. Much more

Standards for rooms now a days have gone down hill. At check in we were told he needed to make sure that our room had been cleaned. This was at 4 pm mind you check in is at 2. He stated that yes it had been cleaned. Our room was not clean. The bathroom floor was sticky, the tub hadn't been cleaned and there was hair in the floor. No klennex in container or handsoap in bathroom. This was just one area of the room. No working phone to reach front desk or outside hotel. We will NOT ever return to this property. You should be able to feel just as comfortable staying at a hotel as you do in your home.

Good for the buck!!!

Good for the price. At the beginning the room had a cigarette smell. microwave didn’t work. Limited channels on TV(couldn’t see the AFC Championship game). Front desk not to friendly. Space in room was good and bathroom was clean with hot water.

it’s was horrible. roaches , nasty shower curtain . i broke out in rashes . could’ve been bed bugs or just nasty freakin hotel . over the last five years this hotel has went down . this use to be my go to hotel when in town visiting family. five years later it’s horrible

I saw the 7.2 and booked a room. Then I looked at the feedback and got a little worried. Yeah, the room was due for a makeover, but it was clean and the bed was a California King and was great. Staff was friendly and doing the best with what they have. Continental Breakfast was weak at 9:00am. Not sure if it was already cleaned out. Overall, the stay was satisfactory. The $200 a night hotel close by had about the same rating so I guess it's always a roll of the dice when you get a room anywhere.

The bathroom ceilings are moldy,our carpet wasn't clean and the linens, though "washed" had hand imprinted on one of the beds. Our shower tub was also dirty and had a dried soap but from previous guest. The exhaust fan was completely clogged and dirty as was the wall AC unit and I had to flick off a cockroach from my son's bed. I bought towels and throws instead of using the hotel's. Lastly, our door safety hinge was lined up properly and this was a safety concern. The photos are not accurate of the current property's condition. The employees are nice, I hope the owners of the hotel take proper notice of this review to make the necessary changes.
