"The entrance to the hotel is not becoming at all it looks very Street like it's not welcoming. I also thought that they were chancy on a lot of things such as makeup wipes one tiny little packet please put two and buy larger packets. Number two where's the trash can in the bathroom? It was hidden over in the corner behind the toilet I only found it by mistake please put another race basket by the vanity sink. The check-in counter is very small maybe 4 ft wide so for two people there's not a lot...

"Live music evenings in the lobby/coffee shop, 4th floor decor waffled pleasantly from art deco to updated 19th century public house. No complaints"

"Very clean rooms and the housekeeping staff was very friendly and thorough. Good breakfast with the best hotel coffee I've ever had. The room had a comfortable sitting area with a curtain divider between the bed and the sofa. The accomodation is elevated over a standard hotel room - it feels like a little studio suite. As a note, the kitchenette did not have a cooktop or an oven, so you have to make due with a microwave and toaster. It was no problem, just wanted to mention in case you plan to...

"Room was clean and staff was friendly. The main issue is the location: it’s quite close to downtown Colorado Springs (10-mins walk), but the surroundings are very sus… lots of weird people walking around. I felt completely fine, but my 18-yo daughter didn’t feel very safe."

"The tiny house concept is cute. Not very functional. The bed was just a full size. No room to get in and out on both sides of the bed. Shower was very small and cramped. Parking is on the street quite a ways from the cottage. There was a note about the “sensitive” sewer system. We didn’t have any issues but we’re always aware there might be a problem. No extra bedding. For those 60 and over this is not an ideal place to stay. On the positive side the kitchen was fully stocked as if they expect...
