Hotel A&O Hostels di Cologne

"I booked a twin bed dorm for a bit more money, Expedia transferred half of what I paid to a&o and booked a 6 bed shared dorm. a&o did nothing to accommodate me,(They saw my receipt and saw the mistake Expedia made) because according to them they can't change the booking because it was booked by Expedia and Expedia also did nothing to help and did not send me the difference I paid either. I msgd the property through Expedia about the app not working for check in and received no reply. After calling a help centre for a&o the man told me the hotel had a 24/7 reception.
