Never got to the property. Was looking forward to staying there but turned out to be nowhere near where we were traveling. Asked for area around Chapala and it was definitely not on our route.

The rooms and hallways are noisy. We couldn't get much sleep as the hallways echoed with every door closing and traveller's luggages sounds. The restaurant is understaffed (1person to cook, serve and cashier. The hotel seems new and is nice, though.
