We had handicap parking. It was great. The room was good. Clerk who checked us in , did an awesome job in finding us a room with a walk in shower.

Nice, but maintenance issues

The staff was fine and the rooms were nice, but there were significant maintenance issues. Couldn't get in to one room because of lock malfunction. Another had a non-functioning shower door. One TV didn't work. For two rooms in one night, that's a lot.

Good: Room was clean (Minus mold & missing strips around parts of floor) No foul odors Breakfast was good (no one attending) Bed comfortable and no bugs/stains/hairs Shower spacious and big sliding glass doors Dislike: NO SOAP, no toiletries in room (shampoo/conditioner/soap) Phone doesn't call front desk and doesn't have instructions (took some frustration & # pounding to even call out) Front desk doesn't answer phone calls Walls paper thin (had to listen to the s** fest next door battling with their tv volume until 230a.m. No security lock on door

No towels, stained sheets, bad breakfast

The hotel was just ok. The breakfast had some eggs, yogurt, bread, and waffles. And that’s it. We asked for towels two days in a row multiple times during the day and evening and were told they were out of towels since they were at capacity. I booked the room for 3 people and only had 2 towels the entire stay. We saw a cleaning cart with clean towels on it as we were leaving. They never answered the front desk phone from the room. They answered if we called from our cell phone. We asked for clean sheets for the pull out sofa and were given sheets with yellow stains on them. We did eventually get clean sheets. The coffee maker in the room looked like it had mouse poop in it. We plan to visit the St. Louis area often and I will never stay here again.

Stay somewhere else

I do not recommend the Baymont in O’Fallon. The staff was friendly, however, our room was cleanish. There were stains all over the couch and comforter. There was also a burn hole in the comforter. The king bed sloped to the middle. I barely slept as it was very uncomfortable. I found hair on the bathroom floor and the hotel has cockroaches. I killed one in the bathroom, and saw one on the middle of the lobby floor. I can not speak about the breakfast as I wouldn’t not eat it after finding cockroaches. When I showered, I noticed chunks of mold or a buildup of some kind coming out of the “sealed” area between the floor of the shower and the wall. The metal ring around the water line running from the toilet to the wall was detached from the wall so you could see into the wall. The towels were also stained. Please save yourself some grief and stay somewhere else.
