"Location is great for getting around Ipswich easily but the traffic & train noise at all hours of the day & night really lets it down.
One of the two lifts were out of service during our stay which made getting to & from your room an absolute nightmare!
The room was clean enough but not to the standard I was expecting. The bed wasn't very comfortable - too hard for our liking. We couldn't open the sliding door in the bedroom as it kept jamming. We had to get maintenance in to show us how to...

"Great price, very clean and tidy room. Staff were friendly. Walking distance to all the cool spots Brisbane has on offer.The rooftop views were awesome! If I have to pick a negative, it was just that the room lacked character. Not a romantic getaway style room, but, served our purpose nicely."

"施設内に、レストランや展望台行きのエレベーター、カジノなどがあり利便性はかなり高いと感じます。サウスバンクや、クイーンズストリートも徒歩10分ほどです。駐車場の値段は少し高く感じますが、ホテルの直通エレベーターの地下にあります。
タオルの交換をして欲しい場合は、フロントに連絡すると、すぐに持ってきてくれます。
部屋には、コップやお皿など複数の食器がりますが、汚れているものもありました。
バスタブがついている部屋で、清潔感もありました。"

"Room was tidy and bed was super comfy. Room has everything you need like an apartment would. Wish we had a city/river view instead of concrete construction. We stayed one night so not a big inconvenience. Staff were so lovely and helpful. With our planned activities for the day/night we didnt get to explore the facilities as much but a quick walk around the next morning was awesome. Photos were exact to listing. Will stay again.

"We were greeted by on-going renovation in the lobby during our stay in mid-Nov 2024. Nothing was mentioned in the websites.
Room was an odd shape layout; maybe due to the building structure. Hence, the room wasn't as spacious as I had expected of a 41m sq room.
Clean room. Slight stain in the bathroom. Housekeeping every 3 days."
