"A very nice place outside the airport to spend a night before continuing on your trip. The property is probably very new as everything looks extremely clean. The bathroom looks brand new with a very nice showerhead. The hotel was quiet even though we were on the first floor adjacent to the parking lot. The front desk employee was extremely helpful and pleasant. I recommend this property."

"The room had a bad smell. Visually the room looked clean. shuttle service not very reliable, pick up from airport took 1:30hrs return to airport had to use an uber. Take in consideration that this was on a very busy day as all flights were cancelled for a thunderstorm."

"Called hotel from the airport around 10:30pm to order the free shuttle. No answer - tried several times and just rang out. Ended up getting an Uber. Arrived around 11pm. Customer service from the front desk was virtually non existent, so was not surprised nobody picked up the phone when I called. Was asked if I needed the shuttle in the morning but was then told all the early shuttles were already fully booked. The room itself was fine other than very poor water pressure from the bathroom sink...

"It's a very busy hotel because it's near the airport but the staff was very accommodating and helpful. Air conditioner was kinda noisy but I can't sleep in total silence and it did drown out the airport sound which I was expecting because of other reviews talked about the noise but I didn't hear any planes in my room and it was on the airport side of the building."

"Spacious rooms and organized, clean breakfast spread. Unfortunately the rooms felt ‘wiped over’ and not completely clean. The pool was filthy, dirt would come up from walking in the pool and we also found ants and chicken bones in the water."

"Our favorite part of the property was the proximity to DFW and that they let us park there for $8 per night while we were on our trip. Free shuttle too!"

"Parking is easy. Right across the street free or pay $25 for garage. Make sure you have GPS. and your phone set for travel. Places are hard to find.."
