This is the hotel we will always choose when in BCS. The staff is amazing and I want to give Jennifer, the front desk associate a shout out! She was all about Customer Service! She was friendly, knowledgeable and over all a real pleasure to see. The rooms are large and comfortable. If you want to grab a glass of wine on the way up to your room for a quiet wind down from your day, this is the place!

Super friendly people. Room was good size. TV was old and might have not been a smart TV. Microwave needs upgrade, too small. curtains were not providing dark room effect. Shower gel was really smooth and good.

The staff was incredible. I heard some guests say they put breakfast out a little early because lots of runners were staying there and had to leave before official breakfast time. When checking in staff was extremely helpful and polite.
