Swimming pool is beautiful, but 50% of it is in the shade. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel but the food around the pool was lovely. "

Pool was clean just too small and shallow for swimming. Also some chairs that are seat chairs with a table would be very helpful as opposed to all very low lounge chairs. "

"The whole experience was underwhelming. My room was dusty, the shower took so long for the water to get hot, for a minute I thought they didn’t have hot water. Also,mold strips started to come out of crevices in the shower. Gross.The front desk staff are robotic. No personality. The only pleasant individual, was the young valet parker with the wavy hair neck length that worked there Wednesday. The Biltmore is not what it used to be. The “W” blows them out of the water. "
