"When we checked in the tv was broken in our room. He immediately moved us to a new room. Once we got to the new room the key card didnt work, went back down to the desk and he gave me an actual key. The next afternoon they came up and made another key card for us. The staff is wonderful, the pool isn't usable right now and should say that when"

"This facility was top notch 2-3 years ago. Our recent stay was underwhelming. Property looks tired, weeds in planters, furniture banged up and starting to come apart ( drawers and nightstand slide outs). The breakfasts were not that great either. The sausage gravy was like paper mache paste."

"A gem on I-75 When we stopped for a quick rest during a long drive, we did not expect this amazing hotel! To be clear, it’s not luxurious, but it’s new, clean, high quality, and the staff was accommodating and friendly. My favorite part was that the breakfast had some really healthy, tasty options - egg white/ veggie, turkey sausage, Greek yogurt, and oatmeal. Coffee was great and plentiful… Just so much better than we expected. Delightful change in a world where everyone is skimping."
