"I had an excellent stay at the Twin Palms. I stayed during the week and checked out on a Friday. The vibe was a bit more calm during the week, and I noticed the place getting a bit more crowded on my last day. It was perfect for me, as everyone was friendly and the pool and common areas never felt overwhelmingly crowded. Staff was AWESOME and friendly. I made a bunch of friends I still stay in touch with today, and I look forward to coming back!"

"This property needs a bit of a refresh. Seems a bit run down, all things considered. It was listed as a 5 star property. It’s more around what I would expect out of a 3/4 star motel. Our room was clean. Layout of the room was subpar. Just one chair for two people. The AC can barely keep up with the palm spring weather in March. There is what seemed to be some mold on the ceiling in the shower. My wife also saw a roach in the bathroom one night. The pool/jacuzzi are nice. The loungers outside...

"Desert Riviera Hotel is my new favorite place in Palm Springs. The rooms are clean, well decorated and unique. The best part is the staff who are very accodating, making us feel like we are at home and the property is perfect for a relaxing stay. "

"I paid $3000 for a jointing rooms. Our view was dead grass. I have been coming here 15 years and they never upgrade. Front desk people are always rude. You will never get a room before 4pm or later. "

"We booked a standard 1 bdr. Compared to other resort properties where we have stayed in the PS area, the rooms were really small. There was no drink or food service at the main pool and only 1 poor worker in the sole food service cafe on property. So, wait times were long. The room was clean, but the patio was full of leaves and the table dusty. I recommend upgrading to a premium room or selecting another resort property."

"Very strict and inflexible with check in and out. They made everyone wait around until after 4pm and then to get a room at 4:30, we had to take cheaper room yet no change in price. At checkout, they threaten you with fines for every half hour you check out after 11am. Many options in PS, we won’t be back. "
