"A very clean and convenient hotel. Although it is a little away from the city centre, where most of the tourist attractions are located, it is only about a 20-minute walk, making it a pleasant stroll.
As its name suggests, the hotel is close to the canal, and the beautiful Grand Canal Dock is just a five-minute walk away.

"The hotel was nice, however we were at the front of the hotel and it was quite noisy for a long time last night. The window didn't close properly so this didn't help.
The room was nice and clean.
A bottle of water in the room would have been good.
Staff at reception were lovely and very helpful and the restaurant staff were very helpful.
Thanks and yes I would stay here again"
